Whoever it is - in my opinion it is master stroke from Joe and well thought out. Whoever created NUGX didnt have the right intention and would have harmed NGIO and its listing price if the those shares were part of NGIO listing. I think this segregation of having the NUGX shares not part of the IPO completely eliminates this risk. yes there is small price to pay where the shares we have also in the same class A and wont be able to sell for 18 months or when Joe decides but that is better then NGIO listing becoming a complete failure. If we believe in the science of "complete vaccine" , i think this would be best value creation for us.
