Here's the continuing thing about NUGX, now that it is an issue again: "Whoever started the NUGX thing..." It has been what, over 2 months that NuGenerex has been trading OTC, and still no one can tell us who "started" that trading? Who confirmed the information to FINRA and answered their questions? Wouldn't the CEO of the company whose shares are being traded have the authority top find out that information from FINRA, and then disclose it to those of us shareholders who, it appears again, are being prevented (this time for 18 months) from seeing any return on our "loyalty" (Joe's word not mine) to the company? Or is this just another "Creek Mountain?'
