To your point one, I’ll feel better when I know that for certain. Again I have not yet read the S1 so maybe it is spelled out in there but didn’t sound like it from the comments. Have the bonus shares been issued yet, are they Class A or Class B.
To point two, I agree that a lockup may be to our benefit in some regard but 18 months is BS. 3 months, 6 months maybe... but 18 months and all that time we have no idea how much we will be diluted.
I stand by the premise that if you do the right thing by your shareholders then you don’t have to force them to stay.
I’m really trying to see the bright side. I just haven’t found it yet.
