Interesting reading everyone's interpretation into what seems like an opaque, or maybe indeterminate process. I've not been privy to an IPO process before and will be interested to see how things play out. It was all a bit complicated for me ... so I sent it over to my brother who is a corporate tax attorney and he said it would take HIM a bit to go over the prospectus .. so I don't feel to ignorant. A few points ...
- I guess they have to make Class B shares look attractive to people purchasing IPO shares. They don't want Class A shares to appear to submerge Class B share value in 18 months.
- Buildit raised question about $20m for trials ... that's a big chunk of the $50m raised. I'm guessing there are expenses outside the Bintai contract or testing added after the contract? It's a good question Joe could clarify. I'm sure it's nothing nefarious ...
- I think the Class B seem like more attractive shares then the Class A. I think that's a good thing ... we will attract new money.
