So management states that these other legal cases are not an issue to filing the form 10 "expeditiously" but they want to file them anyway prior to form 10?! Also expeditiously is used wrong here as this summer is NOT expeditiously!!
We know the legal cases are bogus so im baffled at their decision to hold off the form 10, YET AGAIN, with this excuse.
