None of these five foreign default judgments are legitimate debts, and all were obtained through the Plaintiffs making material misrepresentations to their respective courts. Still, as the existence of a judgment - even if easily disputed and discharged - can be a blemish on the company's profile and misleading to unenlightened parties looking at HHSE.
