Evil: You are totally correct. NP said how embarrassed he was that people were saying bad things about the FDA on behalf of CYDY and he wants no part of that whatsoever. He praised them up and down, all the while saying how CYDY missed their primary end points but that now with a new protocol for Brazil, he is hopeful all will be ok.

The CD12 topline info is being sent to India, Brazil, and Philippines, but no, no EUA requests as of yet. He said he doesn't think that India will issue one without another trial.

As for PO, seems things got bogged down in the Philippines, but he cautioned us that he had said he "hoped" there would be a purchase order 2 weeks ago, and that it was a "forward looking statement" that he should not be held to. He will let us know when there is something to know.
