no they will not...but since UNVC was listed before it would be easy enough to reapply to relist..
These new requirements are to weed ( pardon the pun) out possible fraudulent company's from continuing to defraud investors etc. At the same time making it harder for brokers and mms to cheat.
If SEC knows the company is legit and it has filed with them. even if we happen to pass the deadline it doesn't mean we'll get delisted if the filings are being reviewed.
Common sense isn't so common...
You don't work on something for 20 years and suddenly...oops!!! gee what happened??
A senior vp of operations for a company for 18 years knows the ropes.
