I wouldn't think it would violate a potential NDA. QMC's previous filings stated that they would start receiving revenue this current quarter, so I would be surprised if they didn't include it. Also, I wouldn't think QMC announcing revenues from their end would divulge any info on Innova's end.

With Pasaca's requirement to have filings submitted, It's a question whether they need Innova's input or not.
