The Q3 March 31 Q is due today, Tuesday May 11, unless a 5-day extension is filed.
BTW FYI, Memorial Day this year is Monday, May 31, last day EOM.
DJ, just speculating here. Innova is a private company, and as far as I know has not announced their sales, revenue and earnings. If QMC is under NDA with Innova, would submitting SEC Qs and K possibly violate the NDA? If so, QMC needs Innova to sign off on submitting quarterlies. Since it would by reflection publicly release some formerly confidential information, I would expect Innova to announce their own financial sales and revenue first so that QMC can release its own after them.
