I saw on another board that Dr. Harish Seethamraju received his MD in India. He also led a conference in India in 2019 on lung transplantation. He could be a significant influence in opening doors in India.

He earned a BS from Little Flower Junior College in Hyderabad, India, and an MBBS from Gandhi Medical College, University of Health Sciences (Osmania University), Hyderabad, India, where he also completed his internship. He completed his residency at the Indian Institute of Child & Maternal Health at Niloufer Hospital at the Osmania University of Medical Sciences; and served as a resident and fellow at the Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn. He completed his fellowship in pulmonary medicine at Baylor College of Medicine.
This is a brief intro he made at the 2019 conference
