Innova is a test manufacturer. Anything they branch out to will be somehow related to testing kits and PPE at the center. I can't name another field they could develop other than tests for more infectious diseases, clinical tests and home diagnosis (all connected with QMCH). They are aiming at mass volume, highest quality and lowest cost tests to dominate their market, IMO. Granted, it took a pandemic to boost those sales numbers, but Innova brought in Malan to build a whole infectious disease test and treat business and that is a multiplication factor for future business. Doctors will be able to do these tests in their office in minutes rather than send them out to labs, and stem cell treatments will help eliminate their conditions.
QMC is focused on QMCH now but also lists Solar, QD-LED SSL Lighting, Displays, Anti-counterfeiting on their website. Its possible QMC becomes the bigger company at some time in the future by developing many vertical industries adapted to quantum dot technology. IMO. Developing other industries will be possible once QMC has revenue, and can possibly self-fund product development itself and/or get straight bank loans with loan guarantees by Pasaca.
I can't see any advantage to Pasaca absorbing QMC off the stock market. Innova is already doing at least $5Billion/yr in business, probably with very good profit margins, and has a mutually beneficial arrangement with QMCH and QMC and Pasaca profits from all of it. Taking Innova public and QMC/QMCH uplisted increases each company's value, especially when P/E is figured in. Everybody wins.
