What if Pasaca takes over the QTMM ticker symbol and renames it after the uplist. How far fetched is that? They get what they want, we get a huge financial benefit. I'm thinking it is possible since they would own 51‰ of the company at that time. We as shareholders, including Steve, will no longer have a say in what direction the company should take from that point on.
They could (I think) spin QMC HealthID off into a private division or separate company as could be done with all the other QMC business possibilities to limit liability. So many unknowns at this time with phenomenal potential.
