With the continued use of CSPs in the Philippines...that appears to be a gateway for us to a... de facto EUA....IFF we come up with screaming reviews on Efficacy in the Philippines ..I believe it will be enough of a sea change in the minds of the Medical community to press the PI FDA to make a move regardless of the USFDA....I mean the idea is to save lives...and STOP progression..that is the end game and the Philippines are starting to recognize that fact...It will essentially force the hand of the US FDA to PUT UP or get out of the way and stop impeding Progress.
