Lalezari was pushing for more than two doses at least as early as April 2020 if my memory is correct.
Patterson's recent tweet to the extent that "Of course four doses is good. That's what we did with Montefiore" suggests one of two things:
1) Patterson agreed with Lalezari that more dosing was needed. Patterson may have arrived at this point of view by theorizing that RO testing should be used in covid to determine the LL dose.
2) Patterson supported the two dose covid protocol, but now Patterson is just throwing shade at CYDY and trying to distance himself from the decision.
