Well, well, well. Here we have SOME THINGS THAT DO NOT GO TOGETHER.
First, the notion of asking people simple questions.
Second, while they are under oath!!!
And Third but not last, Cytodyn!!!!!!
I honestly can't wait to see Pourhassan's deposition transcripts in these shareholder actions.
Seems to me Pourhassan has no problem obfuscating about what he percieves as business issues. He probably thinks thats just how business is done. A few lies here and there is just part of the deal.
Pourhassan is super responsive to all of the EIND requests, so he obviously has tremendous empathy for suffering patients. Pourhassan just doesn't understand how to put that passion to work to solve the engineering problems in Cytodyn's business.
The plaintiff attorneys are probably thinking they can't wait to get Pourhassan in a deposition. The plaintiff attorneys are no doubt thinking that Pourhassan makes so many conflicting and contradictory statements that it will be easy to show Pourhassan is lying.
But as the plaintiff attorneys will discover, an obviously confused and befuddled liar presents as not a liar at all, but as someone who is just confused and befuddled.
On the hand, perhaps the most likely outcome of all is that the plaintiff attorneys never get the opportunity to depose Pourhassan because the leronlimab inventory sells out in the next six months.
