There was a good article in the WSJ this morning about calling into question placebo based trials for fatal diseases. They pretty much ripped the FDA on cases where ALS patients who could benefit from certain drugs are still on Placebo or can’t get access to drugs showing value..Slow walking seems to be the FDA’s speciality. I wonder how the define the term “ do no harm” ..it’s a travesty
