i'll say it again - we should figure out a way to make a marketing blitz to India and Brazil right now. I would have someone pulling Kelly and Recknor in a Rickshaw through the streets of Bangalore - going from hospital to hospital, news station to news station.
Forget the FDA. just take the data we have - we can save 84% of your severe patients the first 2 weeks (we have that data so far) and likely can extend that if we keep administering the drug weekly.
I would bag the FDA completely - let them figure it all out after the 1 million vials are already gone.
