Actually I think that was very pertinent information provided, especially the one regarding AULT and the preferred shares.  Some of the issues this company has faced has been legacy issues, questions as to whether or not Tytan, and more importantly Mark, are linked to old management.  He has satisfied my concern in that area and I hope that subject is dropped.  Also, this was done during a two - three day period when all the talk was about the preferred shares.  He has also answered that to my satisfaction.
