Manufactured offshore does NOT shield you from taxation or provide any other protections from the US Govt, IF your head offices are in the USA if domiciled for example in Dublin, Ireland you are subject to Irish taxation a much lesser amount. Where you sell your product has no bearing..the currency risk is a whole other subject...to be avoided....And you are paranoid.
