Of course the problems with the BLA already existed. But they hired Mahoob to get it back on track. Mahoob made the fatal error of saying the non clinical information was ready to be filed on January 6th CC call. He also stated “by q2” for the clinical part. Neither happened which pretty much sealed his fate. He may have over advertised his capabilities and under delivered. I am guessing but the evidence leans me towards that belief
