To be clear, the problems with the BLA, the issues that NP mentioned in the video today, existed before Dr. Rahman was an employee of the company. We don’t know the exact reason for his departure, but it’s unlikely his 6 months as part the CYDY would’ve fixed issues like no banked samples from the combo/mono trial and no RO data. He’s not a time tracker. Dr. Recknor now falls in on those same issues and those will not be easy to fix.
