Thanks for the suggestion, and even if i were in need of validation, i certainly would not seek it here. As far as coming up with a possible solution, well Ive taken my concerns directly to Nader himself and he didn’t disagree with me, funny thing however is he said that only myself and a family member of his thought enough to pull him up on it.
There is also the 1st amendment which goes beyond just stock ownership rights, being fundamental and inalienable, though clearly it does not apply here, i get that, but its ok to have a certain option here, but counter points are not allowed.
