Shopcop7, I totally agree with you 100% we are the owners of this company and we do have rights. There are 6 of them. 1) Voting power 2) Ownership 3) The right to transfer ownership 4) Dividends (if available) 5) The right to inspect corporate documents 6) The right to sue for wrongful acts. Now is this the right place to voice concerns about our company? I would think not unless you're looking for validation. I would suggest as an owner to go straight to the BOD for any concerns or questions. Might I suggest, if one has a complaint or concern with the company you own. Not only bring up your concern but come with a possible solution so you show that you have the company's and of course your fellow shareholder best interest at heart. Just a thought!
