I’m far from a lawyer but how is this not harassment of a publicly traded company, harming CYDY from doing its legitimate business and communicating its own PR updates which are buried daily by this relentless onslaught. I’ve seen similar lawsuits on other stocks but not even close to this abusive legal repetitive nonsense, no less during a pandemic, to a small biotech saving lives and battling to treat this vicious virus. Unbelievable.
