What is the point of the FDA requiring a Receptor Occupancy test now if it's so variable person to person and day to day? There appears to be no way to prove correlation?
While I can understand that the number of receptors a person has may help dictate how large a dose they need, requiring this testing now makes little sense when they are going for approvals for the 700mg dose only. Can someone please explain what this is and why it is required in a way that a layman can understand?
