Clarity on the 28 patient CSP isn’t available yet.
My opinion is that the CSP had that non-rounded number due to specific patients being identified, otherwise they would have, if even possible under CSP, stockpiled in multiples of 10. I also believe the patients would have received the first dose ASAP since it would be un-ethical to withhold treatment for pre-identified patients. My feeling is that patients were dosed around Tuesday last week.
All this is just my opinion while we await clarity from the Philippines or Cytodyn.
