A few questions about the Philippine CSP for 28 patients:
1. Do we know that the patients were pre-identified? My understanding is that the CSP is associated with the hospital not individual patients and as such the patients to be administered may be identified and administered over time - not necessarily all 28 at the same time.
2. Do we know what the dose and number of weeks of treatment are for these 28 patients?
