The Philippines identified 28 patients to us....doubtful they want to sit on the Molecule one after the other....they recognized the Efficacy rather quickly after the 1st patient....WHY would they wait given their Oath of "Do No Harm" ......WAITING would be harmful....deadly in some instances.
