The quiet period. Looks like negenerex filed their S1 in Sept 2020. Technically theyve been in the quiet period for about 7 months and counting. Still waiting (or are they) to go effective.
To look at the dark side of things, filing that S1 way back in Sept allows the ceo to skirt all questions using the quiet period as the reason. Could this possibly have been the plan all along?
Why bother with all the previous shareholder calls if youre in the quiet period?

Generex S1s went effective last Sept, they are no longer in a quiet period connected to the S1, only issues surrounding quarterly or annual reports, as all public companies are
