Look, it's really this simple:
Joe said this to me in our back and forth:
'Lawyers dictate what can be said during quite period, let me say this slowly for you if the lawyers say no I do t do it,'
What does not make any sense to the above is that he came on here weeks ago and said to me also that they could not do anything internationally until the GMP was done. Standstill because of the GMP, that's the way it works.
So, then, they put out the PR saying the GMP was completed in late March and they can now put in the IND to the FDA and get the approval in April and get phase 1 and 2.
So, if their lawyers approved that now the GMP is done they can release information on moving forward, why are they now silent on China, since in the same PR he states he will give an update on China in the CC May 6th, one month away. So, apparently, the lawyers also OKed updating on China too. He is just choosing not to. The question is why?
Right now, there is a 1.5 billion dollar deal with China. NGIO has a lot riding on it. Joe said the partnership is still there, so why can't there be an update or why didn't he provide an update when he gave the IND update in the PR? The GMP was done, by his own words on lawyers, and the ability to update, he apparently is able to.
That to me is the question.
