I have been under the impression that everything began on the first or second week of March. Between Doc emphatically stating "Now wealth creation" on March 1st and the Delaware SOS being taken care of the very next day it is clear to me that it was the right time to file for NASDAQ.
We have to be day to day and certainly some partners seem to be rumbling about being on the verge imho.
