OKAY Been doing some thinking...here is a theory I have come up with based on what I have seen and read. I WILL CAUTION VERY CLEARLY, THIS IS ALL SPECULATION BASED on what I have seen and read.
He tweets bringing it all together on February 5th, 2021. My guess during this time he has finally decided what companies will or will not be apart of the conglomerate and he is bringing them all together.
He tweets Almost their March 1st, 2021, all the companies have been brought together and their financials, because March 2nd, 2021 we found out that Univec filed their financial report with Delaware that date.
Once all financials are submitted to Nasdaq it takes 4-8 weeks to approve and uplist. So my guess if my theory is correct, we should HOPEFULLY have some news or updates by mid or end of April 2021.
