Not all that concerned about Mahboobs departure. I think the suddenness & timing would suggest that is probably nothing discussed so far.
My guess would be that it was suggested by the legal team. A conflict of interest or something related to a frivolous lawsuit. Again, probably not a big deal just legal team looking to lighten their load.
