Blaming the delay in the HIV BLA on Dr. Rahman is inaccurate. The BLA has been delayed until at least this summer since last June when CYDY received the RTF, 4 months before Dr. Rahman’s official appointment. No matter his experience or effort, he was never going to overcome the RO and lack of banked sample issues faster than NP had previously promised. We obviously don’t know why Dr. Rahman left, but there’s a pattern and NP’s leadership approach likely contributes to his departure.
