I totally agree. I have started three companies, grew them and sold two - one to the other partners and one to private equity where I stayed on in a key role.

But - as much as some on this board want to attack posters they disagree with (they really don’t care what my business credentials are) the issue is an objective assessment of current management. My issue is not one hr error, but a pattern of errors (hr and technical). The company doesn’t have someone that has taken a drug across the FDA finish line and they need to either change their approach or change the people. If this was the PE firm I was with these guys would have been switched out long ago.
