Having worked as a Headhunter earlier in life and an employer later...sometimes it's based on GUT..rather than past experience..you do the best you can vetting ..DD..and interview process including PI tests...word association etc..etc.....you can rearview history...but NOT write the Future...you can only Plan for it..and navigate based on daily events.
