We don't have quite enough structure to this rally for a particularly clear picture yet, but here's the conservative fractal projection.
Sans EUA we should retest $6 into May before cooling off again for the summer:

Of course any breakthrough EUA/sales news would easily pierce $6 confirming that wave III into double digits has begun directly from $2 bottom.
