I hope they do nothing... it’s a tiny fraction of the total shares. If some lawyers want to take a case over a few hundred thousand shares being questionably passed around ... let him knock himself out. As long as GNBT is not liable. It’s mostly irrelevant to the vast majority of shareholders and GNBT/NGIO. When the IPO is set ... its set. The moral of the story is don’t sell ... but if you buy, do it with eyes wide open. If your telling me the IPO price next month will be $5 and I can buy shares now for $1 with some risk ... should I do it? The thing I would be worried about is the final number of shares. Will there be a reverse split?
