Consider me informed. No more grey market for me. As I mentioned, originally I thought NGIO had come public under NGUX. The price was in the expected ballpark and my account was up by $50K. I couldn't any other scenario by which that could happen.

I traded, bought and sold, around 1000 shares. We'll see what happens when NGIO has the blessing of NASDAQ and comes public.
