The companies position on the listing of NUGX is that the company had nothing to do with this listing, it’s not our symbol and no shares at all should be trading as it pertains to NuGenerex as the company never did anything to unrestrict any shares, but shares are trading under a symbol we dont have we do have another Symbol reserved for our nasdaq listing with DTC, our application to the Nasdaq has been in for months and our IPO is soon to begin, so the companies stand is that now we understand that a 15c211 can be filed legally without the companies knowledge, however how these shares were unrestricted the company believes was done illegally and because the shares are being sold well below the companies ipo shareholders are being fraudulently induced to sell their shares or much less then its valuation and its ipo and Nasdaq listing price, this we see as huge liability for whomever set this grey market now pink sheet listed erroneous symbol up under the guise and rouse of this being sanctioned by the company.
