I think some board members are questioning participating in the grey market. What does it matter, as long as you have a buyer for your shares. I would have sold as many shares as possible at $5 or more. However, it appears that the trade limitations are built into the process.
First of all it appears that only the shares in the first tranche are eligible for trading. Secondly, at the $500M assessment, we can expect NGIO to open at $4-$5, when it comes public. Personally, by selling on the first day of NGUX, I would have made a nice profit and would still be holding around 10K shares of NGIO. It will be interesting to see if and when NGIO hits $5.00+ per share. OTOH, NGIO may shoot for the moon and hit it.
