Gonna take a shot in responding to you spinner (of course not speaking on behalf of anybody or any entity, just my opinion from some experience with grey/pink sheet). Mr. Moscato/ Generex very specifically stated in today's PR they did not have anything to do with this 'investor/shareholder' listing of NUGX on grey/pink sheet but it must have been 'legal' as authorities (SEC/Finra or whatever entity) had to approve or ALLOW it... afterall it had to go through some authority to happen and it did happen.
Maybe Generex had to accept it once it was allowed.
Also what is written in today's CC news or Conference Call PR is as follows:
To me, this means the company ( Generex ) does not condone the activity that has been going on with NUGX. I'm not sure what happens with that symbol or those shares when it is "no longer active" but I'd be weary of buying/trading it now (traders are currently making a market with it... and btw, whoever kicked it off has probably sold their shares early on when it was near the high the first few days of trading ... began 3/15/2021 @ high of $5.8/share... today closed at $1.11/pps).
And look at this, normally on OTC, a pink sheet security/stock will at least have a "Transfer Agent Verified" ... this has absolutely nothing under "Pink Current Information" at the top right:

Even a "Pink no Information - Dark or Defunct" ticker with a stop sign has a "Transfer Agent Verified"... for example, take this one and there are others of course:

If an OTC had filed a 15-12G it would not have a Transfer Agent.
There could be plenty of questions asked about all of the above and more regarding NUGX.
