OK, Joe maybe you were blindsided by NUGX. But the initial "grey sheet" filing had to have a placement application with SEC. A little investigation and research would have identified who had made this filing; and then I am further curious, did the company or some other person transfer to the pink sheet listing. Can the company tell us whether either of these listings were legal.... and how does NUGX revert to NGIO. Finally what impact does this have on NGIO listing and IPO? There are shareholders who are completely in the dark. It does not seem consistent with there being a level playing field and transparency. Finally, what role, if any, does GNBT currently have in the NUGX listing? Any answers would be helpful.
