Obviously whatever is going on in Israel is having an effect on DGF hence this lawsuit.

Nothing contained herin means the filing is truthful or not...this is DGF's position.
It remains to be seen if OW will respond to this filing.
Having not seen what is in their bankruptcy filing in Israel it's hard to understand who is right and who is wrong in this case...
It would appear that Ziv isn't concerned...should he be?
