Here is a perfect example of why OWC's board on IHUB is a joke.....

States that a person doesn't file a 13d if they only own preferred shares.
It has been verified that DGF holds 366 preferred shares that if converted would equal more than 821 billion common shares...they hold zero common shares...certainly not 821 billion common shares..
So Iglow is stating that is what DGF holds...which we know is impossible.
Exactly where would the shares have come from if the company is maxed out and there are no shares available. to allow the conversion of preferred into commons?
And the two braindead puppets Phenix and Blu Skys stay silent when they see this bs being posted and say nothing...

This is why I have maintained from the beginning that this play by DGF is invalid and probably not legal.
Iglow said it himself...you don't file a 13d if all you're holding is preferred shares...so yes IGL:OW..the filing is fraudulent...just like you!
