I imagine that Joe wants to wait, to announce IPO, concrete data (such as ind) to give prestige to Ngio, justify the IPO price and avoid immediate post IPO collapses .., and I hope there are no other problems.
I don't think that a CEO has no say in the listing of "his" company and that everything depends only on Dswson James.
