I don't think they are going to spend $ on a pr to tell us they are about to do something. Last PR was 30 days ago, and they did say GMP should be completed by the end of the month ( coming weeks), and IND to follow that. If we don't see a PR about it after next week, I will venture to guess there is some kind of delay.

What I don't understand is the hold-up with NGIO. Joe had said they are waiting on nasdaq to approve pricing, but nasdaq had approved their filings (supposedly) and just needed the S1 amended with a quantity and price. What is the hold up???
