How many days now without any PR? And when was the Joe 'conversation' again about there was supposed to be a 8-K coming out about the 50 million being available for the Nasdaq listing?

I know I am once again beating a dead horse (I'm saying this a lot now), but this is why I don't like the calling Joe or msging Joe to get information, because it's a we hear this, but it's not a real 'official' information since it's not a PR from the company, and even though we hear it's from Joe, when the time comes and passes, it's another letdown and we go forward, see the PPS drop and frustration settles in again and it's like here we go, more of the same.

I'm not blaming anyone on here because they are doing what they are told by Joe and that's to talk to him and so they do. The problem is, we really need to get official information from the company. They need to let their shareholders know what is going on as well as future investors and partners. Secondhand information is just that, secondhand. Gets hopes up and when the dates pass with no results, it causes more frustration.

Joe, it's time to deliver some news please.
