I did question him about the CROMTEC/ACS video. He stated he would " look into it". So far my request for info on those SBIR phase two test results and the 15% owed for any EPL units sold to DoD remain unanswered. Phase two ended in August! Those results would have been shared and payment made. DoD by law has to close its books in preparation for the new DAA funding.
